Hablaron de salarios &#8220;de hambre&#8221;, denunciaron la existencia de empleados que cobran sin trabajar y aseguraron que funcionarios y allegados &#8220;se enriquecieron&#8221; mientras gran parte del personal apenas sobrevive.
